Mr Evangelos Flitris has contributed in the development of the National Emergency Response Plan for the Greek offshore oil & gas installations during his employment period at Hellenic Hydrocarbon Resources Management S.A.

Mr Evangelos Flitris is co – Author of a Technical Report with the title: "Safety Aspects of Offshore Oil and Gas Operations in Arctic and Sub-Arctic Waters" which was released in 2019 by the "Joint Research Centre". He is also the Author of an Unpublished Technical Report with the title: "Major accidents on offshore oil & gas installations that activate the National Emergency Response Plan".
